Stories/Impact

  • “We were coming in hot—overworked, juggling ministry, parenting, and home. This getaway let us pump the brakes and truly focus on each other. We left rested, closer, and more of a team again. The space brought peace, even without all the answers.” - Tim & Annie, Seymour, IN

  • "We entered feeling exhausted from the pace of multivocational ministry. Concentrated and focused time together as a couple was greatly needed. We left feeling rested and ready to implement new practices of sabbath rest moving forward. We also loved having some guided questions provided to start the deep conversations that needed to happen." - Tim & Nicole, Scotts Valley, CA

  • "We came into this time weary and going non-stop. This has been a full season of life. We are leaving rested and deeply refreshed. Both spiritually and physically. The moment we stepped into the tiny house we felt such a deep peace and a weight lifted. It was more than we expected or even realized that we needed." - Ryan & Andrea, Plainfield, IN

Our Mission

To strengthen church leaders and their spouses—and, by extension, their teams, churches, and communities—through pastor getaways.

Our Vision

To serve more pastors in more places.

Our Values

We operate with an awareness and dependence on the Holy Spirit, aiming to create an environment where our guests can experience renewal through:

  • Hospitality: We offer deep care for people, ensuring the hosting environment meets all their needs.

  • Freedom: We impose little structure, tailoring experiences to each guest couple.

  • Encouragement: We hold space for guests to process, making them feel safe, seen and heard.

Our Why

At Teamness, we believe the most important team leading any church is the husband and wife who carry the weight of ministry together. When that team is healthy—spiritually, emotionally, and relationally—the whole church can thrive. That’s why our getaways are focus on that team - by helping pastor couples slow down, reconnect, and return renewed.

TEAMNESS: The story behind the name.
