The private accommodations feature a seperate area for prayer and meditation along with a porch for long mornings with your favorite journal and cup of coffee.

Every Teamness pastor getaway is hosted by a caring and discerning couple who deeply understand the unique challenges of church ministry. These hosts create a welcoming space to listen and care, while ensuring couples have plenty of time to rest and reconnect.
For your Navarre Beach getaway, Greg and Carlita Walker—owners of Ein Gedi Cottage—will be your hosts. In 2006, they founded Peace Be Well, a organization devoted to caring for pastors and their spouses, born from their own story of healing and restoration. With backgrounds in human services and a deep love for the Church, Greg and Carlita are uniquely equipped to walk alongside those in ministry.
Their values and heart for pastoral care have brought Peace Be Well and Teamness together in a meaningful collaboration—uniting our strengths to offer a space of rest, renewal, and connection for pastors and their spouses.
Greg finds joy in teaching God’s Word and tending the grounds of Peace Be Well, creating peaceful places for others to be refreshed. Carlita connects with others through devotional writing and creative content, always pointing to God’s presence in everyday moments.
Together, they enjoy quiet rhythms at home, meaningful time with loved ones, and unplugging in the mountains of North Georgia.

Bookings are Monday to Friday. Applications are available for a husband and wife actively serving in a paid staff leadership role within a church.

While each pastor couple is unique, we often suggest the following schedule for the week:
-Monday - arrival 3pm or after - self check in. Dinner with hosts.-Tuesday - free day
-Wednesday - free day
-Thursday - free day, possible fire pit or evening coffee conversation with hosts.
-Friday - departure by 10am. -
Lodging - your own space indoors and out
One meal with hosts at a nearby restaurant
