Teamness is a 501(c)3 non-profit created to support and encourage pastors, their spouses and teams - many of whom have likely given serious consideration to quitting full-time ministry. (Barna Group)

We began in 2022 with the idea of leading effective ministry team retreats we quickly discovered there is an infinite need for pastor-couples to have a safe space for rest and renewal - offered with low financial barriers, simple qualification requirements, and free of the need for approval from their board. With God’s leading, our Pastor Getaway program was launched. In evaluations with pastor-couples who have completed a Teamness Pastor Getaway, 89.5% of participants “Strongly Agree” they felt encouraged to continue in their ministry because of their getaway.” The effectiveness is clear.
