Tim and Lyndsey Reese, high school sweethearts, now raise two girls to know and love Jesus. Over 15 years, they’ve served in various ministry roles, from youth leaders to lead pastor, in both urban and rural churches. They are dedicated to supporting pastors and their spouses, providing care to foster healthy congregations. As shepherds to shepherds, Tim leads revitalization retreats and cohorts to help pastors thrive.

Stephen and Cynthia Lee met in high school while working at Kmart and always dreamed of owning land. With God’s leading, that dream became Blue Tractor Farm—home to livestock, pastures, Great Pyrenees dogs, and family traditions like canning. With two teenage children, they serve deeply in their church. As Teamness hosts, they combine church leadership experience, a heart for pastors, and a gift for hospitality.

Greg and Carlita offer pastors a place to rest and renew. Their Ein Gedi Cottage in Navarre, Florida offers a quiet place of solitude for writing, reflection or long naps, yet is only a few short miles from the Gulf of Mexico’s emerald coast where one can relax on the beach. They have a deep understanding of church leadership and their backgrounds in human services have uniquely prepared them for this work.

Nick and Renee Amick have been married for over 22 years. Lifelong residents of the Nashville area, they are parents to three children, including a special needs daughter they’ve lovingly cared for since she was 12. With backgrounds in education and project management, and over a decade of experience leading a house church, Nick and Renee bring a heart for hospitality and a deep desire to create safe, restful spaces for pastors and their spouses.

Kristin Horner is married to her best friend, Keegan, whom she met in high school. Together, they have two kids and 10 years of ministry experience. With a background in administration, she focuses on caring for others, loving the details, and laughing through the different challenges that ministry can bring. Kristin is passionate about supporting ministry leaders by helping create spaces where they can find rest and retreat.

Stephanie Johnson is a devoted follower of Jesus who finds joy in her roles as a wife, mom, grandmother, and homemaker. With over 20 years in church leadership, she has deep empathy for pastors and their spouses. Eight years ago, she began a career in non-profit grant writing, combining her skills with her passion for ministry. Now, she’s excited to bring that experience to Teamness to help further its mission.
